Audio route
Start with the speakers you own
The exact model and supported network audio format matter more than the brand name. Check each device’s AirPlay or Google Cast support, then confirm that SoundFerry discovers and plays to it.
For music played inside Music, Apple’s built-in multiple-speaker AirPlay control is another option. SoundFerry adds a route for Mac system audio with saved groups and processing.
Build groups around your day
Save the kitchen and living room together for dinner, or choose the study for focused listening. Group names make it easier to return to the rooms you use regularly.
Different speakers and network connections can introduce different delays. Listen where rooms overlap and adjust timing as needed; compatibility with a format does not guarantee identical behavior across all models.
Use the manufacturer\u2019s setup tools

Can I mix AirPlay and Google Cast outputs?

Can I adjust the timing between speakers?

How much delay is there?
Audio reaches the speakers a few seconds after it plays on your Mac. SoundFerry is designed for music listening; instrument monitoring, games and calls need a faster response. For video, check whether your player can compensate for audio delay.
