Perpetual licence with all future updates
A one-time purchase at a base price of 49 USD grants perpetual use of SoundFerry without a subscription. All future updates are included at no additional charge, including major versions. This applies to existing purchasers as well as new purchasers. No additional purchase, renewal fee or recurring charge is required.
Trial, purchased licence and connectivity
The seven-day trial lasts 168 hours from explicit activation. It requires internet access at activation, app restart and normally every 12 hours. If the signed permission expires without renewal, streaming stops.
A purchased licence is assigned to one Mac at a time. Activation requires an online check and confirmation through a time-limited link sent to the email address used for the purchase. The app then renews a signed activation lease at startup and normally within 12 hours. A temporary loss of connectivity does not necessarily stop use immediately, but streaming stops if the current lease expires without renewal.
To move the licence, request a transfer from the new Mac and confirm the purchase-email link. Confirmation changes the server's assignment to the new Mac, so the previous Mac cannot renew. A lease already issued to the previous Mac may remain valid only until its stated expiry.
Compatibility
The installer targets Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later. Driver installation requires administrator approval and a restart. Compatibility and timing depend on devices and network conditions; use the trial to verify your setup. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Payments and refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle under its refund policy and buyer terms, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your transaction. Use our refund information to find the request path.
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. See Paddle buyer terms and our refund page. A refunded licence must no longer be used. Licence recovery and future activation-lease renewal may be blocked after a refund. A lease issued before the refund may remain valid only until its stated expiry.
