Perpetual major-version licence / メジャー単位の永久ライセンス

A 19 USD base-price purchase grants use of SoundFerry 1.x without a subscription. Updates from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 or 1.1.0 are included. Version 2.x requires a separate purchase; its price is not set. Your existing 1.x licence remains usable. No one-year renewal term applies.

19 USDを基準とする買い切りでSoundFerry 1.xを利用できます。1.0.0から1.0.1・1.1.0への更新は無料です。2.xは別途購入となり、価格は未定です。既存の1.xライセンスは引き続き利用できます。1年更新権や自動継続課金はありません。

Trial and connectivity / 試用と通信

The seven-day trial lasts 168 hours from explicit activation. It requires internet access at activation, app restart and normally every 12 hours. If the signed permission expires without renewal, streaming stops. Purchased licences are verified offline.

試用は明示的な開始から168時間です。開始・アプリ再起動・通常12時間ごとに通信が必要で、署名付き許可を更新できず期限を過ぎると配信は停止します。購入済みライセンスはオフラインで検証します。

Compatibility / 動作環境

The installer targets Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later. Driver installation requires administrator approval and a restart. Compatibility and timing depend on devices and network conditions; use the trial to verify your setup. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

インストーラーはApple Silicon・macOS 14以降が対象です。ドライバー導入には管理者認証と再起動が必要です。接続・同期は機器とネットワークに依存するため試用でご確認ください。第三者コンポーネントには各々のライセンスが適用されます。

Payments and refunds / 支払いと返金

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. See Paddle buyer terms and our refund page. A refunded licence must no longer be used. Licence re-download may be blocked; saved offline licences cannot be immediately revoked remotely.

Paddleが販売者として決済を処理します。Paddleの購入者規約と返金ページをご確認ください。返金後のライセンスは利用できません。再取得を停止する場合がありますが、保存済みオフラインライセンスを遠隔で即時失効させることはできません。
